At High Street Bank Branches,
Topping-up your Tuxedo card and eccount with cash is free at over 2,000 high street bank branches using your Tuxedo paying-in book (please call Customer Care to request this).
PayPoint locations
You can also use cash to Top-up at over 19,500 retail locations nationwide displaying the PayPoint logo (3% fee) click here to find a PayPoint location near you.
Post Office Branches
Alternatively Top-up with cash at over 14,500 Post Office branches (for 99p).

By bank transfer or online
You can Top-up by bank transfer (FREE).or online by using your credit/debit card* (3% fee). To Top-up online, simply log-in and choose ‘Move Funds’.
Salary/wage payment
Why not ensure a regular Top-up of your Tuxedo Card and ask your employer to pay your salary/wage directly onto your eccount/card.
Simply login online and download a salary/wage payment form or call Customer Care and request one. Complete the form and hand it to your employer.
Your employer can make payment of up to £2,000 into your eccount/card, if you require a larger amount to be paid in, please contact Customer Care and supply the required documentation.
Benefit payment
You can even Top-up by having your benefit payment made directly into your eccount/card by sending us copies of your entitlement letter or documents. It’s simple, please see the ‘Salary/wage Payment Form’ for further details by logging in to your eccount online or contact Customer Care for more information.
Transferring from abroad?
If you’re transferring funds from abroad, your bank may ask you to quote the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and BIC (Bank Identifier Code). Call Customer Care on 0845 241 4276 to email or post you the details.
